This policy explains what The Cove Chiropractic collects on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
This site is run by The Cove Chiropractic PLLC, doing business as The Cove Chiropractic (“The Cove Chiropractic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We are a chiropractic office at 100 E Sybelia Ave Ste 140, Maitland, FL 32751. Our main website is https://thecovechiro.com.
What we collect
We collect these kinds of information:
- What you enter or choose in our form: your full name, mobile phone number, email address, the city you live in, and who the visit is for (you, your child, you and your child, or your whole family).
- Whether you checked the box to agree to calls and texts.
- Ad and page details sent with the form: the page you were on, the time you sent it, campaign tags from the link you clicked (UTM parameters), Google click IDs (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), the Facebook click ID (fbclid), and Meta browser cookies (_fbp and _fbc).
- Cookie data: our pages may use cookies and similar tools from Meta and Google. See “Cookies and ad measurement” below.
- Basic device and browser details, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Contact you about your request and help you book your visit.
- Send the follow-up texts and emails you agreed to, until you book or ask us to stop.
- Measure and improve our ads.
- Follow the law.
Cookies and ad measurement
Our pages may load the Meta Pixel and Google tags. These tools use cookies and similar technology to see how people use our pages and which ads brought them here.
When you send our form, book your visit, come to your first visit, or start care, our system may tell Meta and Google that this step happened. It sends this through a direct server connection. The message may include the click IDs and browser cookies listed above and your contact details in a scrambled (hashed) form, so Meta and Google can match it to the ad you clicked.
We use this to see which ads work and to improve them. Meta and Google handle this data under their own privacy policies.
How we share it
We never sell your personal information.
We share it with service providers that run tools for us, such as GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), Meta, and Google. GoHighLevel runs our contact records, texting, and email. Meta and Google help us measure our ads.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any text from us to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Our full text message terms are in our Terms and Conditions at https://offer.thecovechiro.com/terms.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
- Calls: ask us at any time to stop calling you.
- Your information: call 407-627-0090 or email [email protected] to ask us to update or delete it. We may need to keep some records when the law requires it.
- Cookies and ads: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also change your ad settings in your Meta and Google accounts.
Health information
Our form does not ask for any medical or health information.
Once you become a patient, your health information is covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not this policy. Ask our office for a copy.
Children
Our form is for adults 18 and older. If a visit is for a child, a parent or guardian requests it.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children on this site.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or online system is completely secure, so we cannot promise perfect security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
