These terms cover your use of the pages at https://offer.thecovechiro.com. The site is run by The Cove Chiropractic PLLC, doing business as The Cove Chiropractic (“The Cove Chiropractic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this site or sending our form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using this site
This site tells you about the $67 New Patient Experience and lets you ask us to call you to book it.
There is no online booking or payment on this site. We book your visit by phone.
You must be 18 or older to use our form. Please use your own name and contact details, and do not send false information.
The $67 New Patient Experience
The $67 New Patient Experience includes:
- A health history with the doctor
- INSiGHT nervous system scans
- Digital X-rays for adults, only when needed
- A spinal assessment
- A one-on-one review of your findings, with a care plan
Price, payment, and changes
The $67 does not include an adjustment. Adjustments and any care after your New Patient Experience are separate and priced separately.
You pay the $67 when you book your visit with our office by phone. The $67 is not refundable.
If you need a different time, call us at 407-627-0090 and we will move your visit.

Everyone's experience is different. A doctor decides whether care is right for you after your exam.

Text messages and calls (SMS terms)
Our form has a consent box for calls and texts. By checking it, you authorize The Cove Chiropractic to call and text you at the mobile number you provided. This includes automated texts and calls.
Here is how our text program works:
- Program name: The Cove Chiropractic.
- What we text about: replies to your request, scheduling your visit, follow-ups about your request, and messages about your appointment.
- How often: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out: reply STOP to any of our texts at any time. You will get one text confirming that you are opted out. You can also call 407-627-0090 or email [email protected] to stop texts.
- For help: reply HELP, or call us at 407-627-0090.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive automated texts and calls is not a condition of any purchase. You can book by calling us at 407-627-0090 instead.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

If you give us your email address, we will email you about your request and your visit. We may also send a short series of follow-up emails until you book or ask us to stop.
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in our emails.
Our content
The words, photos, logos, and design on this site belong to The Cove Chiropractic or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
INSiGHT and other brand names on this site belong to their owners.
Limits on our responsibility
We work to keep this site accurate and working. Still, we cannot promise it will always be correct, complete, or available.
As far as the law allows, The Cove Chiropractic is not responsible for any loss that comes from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that the law does not let us limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
